For renters
- Searching: pick your audience on the home page, then filter by location, budget, rental type and dates. Your filters are saved in the web address, so you can share or bookmark a search.
- Seeing details: listings show the general area, price and features publicly. A free account lets you save homes and message the provider — you return to the exact listing and filters you left. Exact street addresses are shared by the provider in your conversation, not published.
- Saving: the heart on a card saves it to your private shortlist. The same offer saved from two brands counts once.
- Inquiries: send a message from any listing. Replies arrive in your Inquiries inbox. An inquiry is a conversation — it never reserves a home.
For providers
- Create a workspace, add a property once, add its units or rooms, then create listings for them.
- Share a property with a co-manager by their account email; you can remove access at any time.
- Choose which audiences the listing suits, and publish when ready. Drafts never appear publicly.
- Block unavailable dates once; conflicts with overlapping room or whole-home offers are checked when you save.

Contact
Signed-in users can open a support request. Replies from the RoomFinder team appear on that page and in your notifications — nothing is sent by email or text. Conversations with providers stay in your private Inquiries inbox.
