What we store

• Your account email and the details you choose to provide when inquiring about a home.
• Your shortlist, inquiries and message threads.
• Provider inventory, availability and the organizations you belong to.

Who can see it

• Public visitors see published listing previews only — never your contact details or messages.
• An inquiry is visible only to you and the provider organization for that listing.
• Providers see only their own organization's inventory and inquiries, never another provider's or another renter's.
• Access is enforced on the server for every request, not just hidden in the app.

The demo

The interactive demo under /demo runs entirely in your browser with sample data. It never touches real accounts, real listings or the backend, and nothing you do there is sent anywhere.

What we don't do in this MVP

No payments, no background checks, no medical or insurance decisioning, and no external emails or text messages. We will say so here before any of that changes.
