  • Sample inventory is labeled as sample and does not represent real housing.
  • Rates and details shown are set by providers; the network does not verify or guarantee them.

Inquiries

  • An inquiry opens a conversation with the provider. It does not reserve, hold or lease any home.
  • Reply times and outcomes are decided by the provider and renter, not the network.

Scope of this release

This MVP covers discovery, saving, inquiries and provider inventory management. It does not include payments, leases, background checks, insurance decisions or external messaging. Nothing on this site promises claim approval, insurer payment or booking guarantees.
